Welcome to the North Pownal General Store in Pownal, Maine. We are now under
new ownership and management. We opened our doors in
August 2009. We are a small country general store. Each workday
we provide light breakfast sandwiches and a variety of lunches.
Evenings you can enjoy our subs, sandwiches and pizza. On Saturday and
Sunday we offer our weekend buffet breakfast. During hunting season we offer our early morning
"Hunters Breakfast" on Saturdays.
Stop by to pick up your milk, bread,
pizza, groceries, wine, beer,
newspapers, and other food items. Enjoy one of our delicious
sandwiches or pizza slices. And we always have our coffee made for those of you going
to work in the morning.
